Motivate Me Monday....A Nice BUTT!

Happy Monday!!!


Let's get motivated girls!!

Summer is around the corner and most of us are already in those swim suits!

What are you doing to stay fit these days?!

I'm always saying I want a "nice" butt!
and I am seriously noticing some changes with Crosssfit.

Some of the exercises that we do...I can de tell my butt is getting a work out.

One move that we did was the one legged squat.
This was hard but boy did it work my booty!
You can even hold onto a chair if you need to for balance.

Another is the squat jump.



and lunges of course!


What are some moves that you do to get a toned butt?!?!

  2. I have really struggled to get to the gym lately, but I can really tell a difference in my energy level and how I feel overall. Thanks for this motivation...I really think that its just what I needed.

    I'm jealous that you're doing crossfit. I just cant afford it right now, but it's such a great work out. I hope you will keep us readers posted. Ill have to try those 1 legged squats...I'm always looking for a great butt workout.

  3. I am def struggling with work-out time. It's so nice out and there are so many other things I'd rather be doing. I do think this is hwy I am tire so often. Your motivation helps.
    I wish I could do crossfit, but I am 100% sure I would die. I am trying to do the Tone It Up Challange...let's hope it works!

  4. I've found lately that running has been doing wonders for my butt. I was never much of a runner before, but I've gotta say that if it gives me a great butt, I might become a convert!

    I've been very curious about crossfit, but I can't get over how expensive the classes are. Most of the crossfit gyms in our area charge $200/month for classes 3 times a week. Hoping it gets less expensive and more accessible.

  5. HI Amanda! I absolutely LOVE this post! I love working out but have a really hard time getting motivated on mondays too! I love love love lunges and feel like I get awesome results from them! I have wondered a lot about crossfit! Do you like it a lot?? How is it different from just hitting the gym? I am new to the blogging world! Go check out my blog if you get a second!
