You may or may not know that I am 30! Eek!
However I am loving my 30's so far!
However I am loving my 30's so far!
Yes...30!
Anyways...
Last week...I bought some anti-aging cream.
You know...because I feel like my skin is just not what it used to be.
Eric thinks this is just plain ridiculous.
He says...I am more beautiful now than when he met me and didn't know that was possible.
Ah....what a sweetheart huh!
However...I think he is biased and just in love with me haha!
So...am I crazy?
Is it too early to start an anti-aging cream?
I would love to know your thoughts on this ;-)

I joined the dirty 30 club this year too! Yay for oldies! It is definitely not too early for anti-aging products. I like to stare at the forehead wrinkles that only I can see and contemplate botox every now and again. For now I'll just stick to creams and serums ;) (My husband thinks I'm crazy too)
ReplyDeleteit's never too early for anti-aging! in fact, most derms say start in your twenties i think!
ReplyDeletei am looking for a good pair of non-see-through leggings, i swear my target leggings show a little skin through, which is awkward at work..ha. what brand are you buying?
You look great! I'm almost 33! Yikes! But I agree, it hasn't been too bad!
ReplyDeleteGirl, I'm 52 and I am still young! lol
ReplyDeleteYou look great!
I say it's never too early for a little cream. What's it gonna hurt? Just don't go and have any surgeries done (ha) ... because your husband is right. You are STUNNING.
ReplyDeleteyou look gorgeous! i'll be joining the 30 year club in 13 short days. but who is counting?

You look great! And aging is not always bad!:)
ReplyDeleteI would start on anti aging skincare when i'm 25 or as soon as i have no more hormonal acne, whichever is earlier!:)
I was told that we should start an anti-aging regiment at age 22. Yep 22... So NO I def don't think it's too early! I've started one!!! I'm 29, on the brink of 30 and my husband says I'm not a spring chicken anymore... LITERALLY... lol...
ReplyDeleteI just turned 29 so I have one year left in my twenties ---eeek! enjoy dirty thirty! xo

first of all this outfit looks adorable on you! second another reason I wish we lived closer so I could borrow that purse. and third - I was looking at anti-aging cream yesterday and thought now is the time to buy it. before we get wrinkles right? : )
ReplyDeleteI started using anti-aging products at 20... I was an outdoor lifeguard for 5 years, and my skin was starting to show it. Nothing wrong with starting early and making sure you look just as great for as long as possible!
ReplyDeleteI love those wedges! You are gorgeous! I'm 24 and I've been using anti-aging products since high school! That's so sweet of Eric to say!!
ReplyDeleteNever too early to start! I HIGHLY recommend using a cleaning brush- I have a Clarisonic Mia and LOVE it- completely worth the money. I am 27 and have been using it for just under a year...it has made a huge difference!
ReplyDeleteI don't think it is too early. I just turned 22 and many people have been telling me that 20 is when you should start using anti aging cream..
ReplyDelete30 is not old! I'm 27 and I'm also looking for the perfect skin routine mostly for preventative measures. Let me know what you find out! Plus, you know I think you're fab! :)
ReplyDeleteYou do not look 30, and you definitely do not look like you need to use anti aging cream. You look good! & I always adore your outfits haha. That was super sweet of your hubs to tell you that you are more beautiful now than when he met you.
ReplyDeleteI love the questions for the upcoming me myself & i link up! I am so excited :D
Love your outfit and you look so pretty! All the pieces are from my favorite stores!! Have a good day!

ReplyDeleteHappy Thursday!
It's never too soon! I'm 27 and I started using an eye cream and retinol treatment probably a year ago...but I've become religious about using sunscreen on my face and wearing hats! Cuz that's what bronzers are for right!? :)
ReplyDeleteLusting over that purse! Headed to francescas right about now :)
ReplyDeleteps. I never in a million years would have guessed you weren't still in your 20's :)
ok. this explains it. no WONDER you look so good!
ReplyDeletehonestly, i thought you'd be younger than me. i'm 25. i thought you were 23/24. so trust me, you look AMAZING!
this gets me in the mood to be looking forward to 30 :) and no, anti-aging creams work for ANY age :) preparation, not reparation, right?
i've heard to start anti-aging cream at 25. i'm almost 27. still haven't started.

ReplyDelete30 looks good on you, girl
ReplyDeleteYay for 30! I'll be there in just 2 weeks myself! I already use an anti-aging eye cream, but I think it's never to early to start. Let's prevent, not correct. :)
ReplyDeleteI turned 30 this year too and am absolutely loving it so far! My mom has always said it's never too early to start with the anti-aging cream.
ReplyDeleteI had the time of my life in my 30's. Enjoy! Its never too early to start anti-aging creams.
ReplyDeleteYou look fabulous!!! Ps love those leggings from target
ReplyDeleteOk - totally never too early to use anti-aging creams. I'm 31 and have been using them for years. (You mean that's not normal?? haha) I figure prevention can't hurt. And I love discovering blogs by women who are my age and not 22!! :)
ReplyDeleteThe Blue Hour
Haha!! I did the SAME thing. I am now approaching 32 (SHHHHH!!) and I am TERRIFIED of the gobble neck so I rub that stuff into my neck nightly! EEEK! PS: You are gorgeous so don't worry too much!
ReplyDeleteI'm 39 and gotta say - the 30's are THE BEST (at least so far!) for me!

It is never to early to start with great anti-aging skin care! ;) I am 33 and have been using eye cream since I was 12 or 13 and have not a single line around my eyes. I have been using retinol for the last couple of years and love it because I am still having blemish issues along with aging skin. ;) Great stuff.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I love your outfit - those wedges are awesome.
I have a necklace giveaway going on this week, I would love for you to come check it out! CC's Cheap Chic
I started anti-aging creams at 25! I've been out of all of my anti-aging products for the past few weeks (I'm 32 now) so I probably really need to buy them now!

My friend's mom sells Avon and has been using anti-aging creams forever and her skin still looks great! I don't think you can start too early.
ReplyDeletePS - Can't wait for the Me, Myself and I Link-Up! I missed it last time so I'm excited to join in on the fun this go around! :)
NOT too early for anti aging creams! I used to work in a dermatology laser center and they always said to start in your early 20's. I started using anti aging products in my 20's but not religiously & now I have some wrinkles UGLY! Thank goodness for Botox! ;)
