Semi mental breakdown?

What I wear to work!
dress: The Loft (last season)
shirt: Old Navy
belt: Sheinside.com
shoes: have no clue b/c they are so old!
add a chambray shirt or any shirt to a dress for a whole new outfit! This was the dress I wore for our engagement photos (here).
......................................

Ok this past weekend was so jam packed with wedding stuff.

Is it ok have a little breakdown and wish you could just elope?

I think I prob cried a couple times and was def stressed.

I just want to thank both moms for everything they helped us out with this weekend.

Normally my posts are so upbeat yall...but goodness gracious...I just need to take a chill pill. It seemed as if everything was going wrong.

Or maybe it was just in me head!

Then...I get a little talk from Eric and he relates it to his powerlifting meets! lol.
Which pretty much got to the point of this...
if everything goes great up until the day of the wedding...then the wedding will have a bunch of hiccups.
If you have a bunch of hiccups before the wedding...the wedding should go down without a hitch! let's hope this holds true!

I'll tell y'all about my bridal shoot tomorrow!

Please tell me I'm not alone in feeling like this!!
Now that a few days have gone by...I don't feel AS stressed...I just want my stinkin' dress to fit right.

Xoxo

  2. That is completely normal! Take a deep breath and try to remember that even if things don't go exactly as you planned them, your wedding day will be perfect! My husband and I laugh at the few little things that didn't go "perfectly" but both agree that our wedding day was perfect! Hang in there!

  5. everyone tells you to elope, but then we think "nah, I can do it" Sorry your feeling this, but its totally normal! I got to the point where I threw my hands up and said eff it. My wedding went off without a hitch, it wasn't perfect, but nobody told me, man I wish you would have picked better boutioneers, or picked a different font on your programs. As long as you have booze, no one will care ;) On the bright side, you look adorable!

  7. I was just recently married in May, so all the stress and nightmares that come with wedding planning are still very fresh in my memory! There are plenty of hiccups along the way (Hell, I had a MAJOR one during our wedding rehearsal!), but keep your eyes on the prize!

  8. You are not alone girl! My wedding isn't for another 7 months and I'm stressing. Don't worry about a thing. I believe if you've made it this far, then you've got nothing to worry about!

  9. The wedding planning can be stressful! Mine is in April next year and I'm getting into all the little planning details and it's driving me nuts. Keep your head up sister!

  10. I felt like the last couple weeks before the wedding were the WORST. Especially with friends and family coming into town. And no one would help me make decisions. So frustrating! Just take a breather! Everything will work out for the best, I promise! =) xoxo

  11. Aww you are definitely not alone. I was super stressed the entire time leading up to our wedding. Just remember that nothing else matters on that day other than marrying the man of your dreams... We had a few issues and hiccups the day of, but really?! None of that mattered.

Everything will be perfect & gorgeous :)

  14. I was so stressed a month before wedding time..I didn't look forward to coming home and doing wedding "stuff" ...I think sometimes we try to perfect everything wedding and sometimes we just can't. In the end...what matters is you and your future husband..and spending the day with people you love.

  15. When in doubt- add the chambray. That's more or less become my motto in the last few months.

Love all the photos you post, your style is very cute!
