It's time to get back to the grind this Monday. I know I overindulged a bit too much. I'm actually looking forward to this coming weekend because Rea is turning 1! Still not sure how this is possible!
In the last newsletter I wrote a little about how living a life of health and fitness really is a lifestyle.
Living a life of health and fitness with an understanding that everything is ok in moderation is something that I want to show Reaghan from a young age. Of course she won't understand this now, but maybe she will grow up and go on to be able to lead her own health and fitness journey from what we've taught her.
I guess what I'm rambling about is that I want to set a good example for Reaghan and for any kiddos to come! Isn't that what we all want to do for our kids, grandchildren or future kids? To set good examples?
mmm will have to try that recipe!
