So how many of you have made it a daily routine to work out?
(or even to work out every other day)...
For me... this is the hardest thing to do.
Getting up at 4:30 am is not fun!

But...you know what...for the past few weeks...I've made it to the gym at least 4 times a week...and it feels great!
Why was I so lazy before??
Not only am I doing something good for my body...it makes me feel good about myself! and I am def seeing some change!
I dare you ladies to work out at least 4 times this week!!! (even if it's just cardio)
Now for some inspiration!

ReplyDeleteI'm def aiming for 4 workouts this week. I usually get 3, but I know to see the changes I want to see that I need to work harder. Happy Monday!

ReplyDeleteGood inspiration! I wake up at 4 and am running by 425 on M/W when I have a jog buddy, but I find it so hard to get up when I am alone and have to motivate myself...urgh!
