Chicken and Black Bean Chili
Chicken and Black Bean Chili
(Eric really liked it and of it's pretty healthy!)
Ingredients:
1lb boneless chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces
3/4 cup onion, chopped
2 cans (8 oz each) Tomato Sauce-No Salt Added
1 can (15 oz each) Black Beans, drained, rinsed, no salt added
1 can (15 oz each) Van Camp's® Pork and Beans
1 teaspoon chili powder
Directions:
1. Spray large nonstick saucepan with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add chicken and onion; cook 5 to 7 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
2. Add remaining ingredients. Cook 10 minutes or until hot and bubbly, stirring occasionally.

And just in case you were wondering what
Tank looks like....
Here is a photo from the breeder. (don't worry...this is normal for really good breeders to make them stand like this).
Look at that belly! |
