It's Monday Ladies!
You know how I touched up last week here on that I was 30 years old?!?!
Well...I am actually loving my 30s so far!
I have noticed such a change since I've been doing crossfit.
I feel like I haven't been in this good of shape in soooo long.
Why in the world did I let me 20's fly by barely working out?
Granted I only make it to a couple crossfits a week but that's better than nothing!
I have so much more confidence in my body when I work out and eat right.
So get off your butt ladies!!! And get movin' this week!

That's great that you are feeling so fabulous and motivated! & Girl you do not look like you are thirty! I definitely wish that I could get a swift kick in the butt from motivation, haha.

Happy belated 30! I remember dreading turning that age But I love it! I have learned so much and am as well in the best shape of my life. Great diet advice!
ReplyDeleteI wanted to try Crossfit, but I watched some videos and it scared me. I start a 6 week exercise classs tomorrow. Wish me luck.
