Motivate Me Monday.


So it's Monday again.

So I've actually decided to start working out directly after work starting this week. It is just really hard to get up so early in the mornings...I think i just need a change. Plus i feel like i get a better work out when I'm more 'awake'.

Do you prefer to work out in the mornings or evenings?

Let's get our day started off with some motivation!!

  1. I only work out in the morning when I know I won't have time after work. It's nice to get it over with, but I feel like I work out much harder and enjoy it more when I'm more awake too. have a good week amanda!

  2. I personally LOVE to work out in the morning but I just do not have the time when I am starting work at 6am. When I start at 8am I have plenty of time to get a good work out in. I find when I work out in the morning I feel so much better for the rest of the day.

  3. I am MUCH more likely to get a good work out in if I go in the evening. I wish I was a morning person but I just can't do it! Love your motivation! :)

  4. I have to get it done in the morning other wise I will loose all my motivation... I also feel like if I work out in the morning I eat way better all day, I would hate to undo all my hard work!!!

  5. I work out in the mornings before I shower. Getting sweaty and going to bed dirty grosses me out (and I never want to shower before bed because I would just need to shower again in the morning!)

  9. Yay, the linky worked for me this week! lol
    I'm glad to hear I wasn't the only one who slacked off a bit last week, but I know we'll both kick butt this week! I'm lucky because I work from home so I break my workouts up throughout the day. Every day I say I'll do the majority in the morning and get it out of the way, but it just never seems to work that way. I tend to divide the major parts between 3pm and 6pm for some reason. I'm really not a morning person, plus I have my 2-year-old nephew here most mornings so it makes it hard. Whatever works for you, right? As long as you do it that's the main thing.   10. I could not get up in the mornings to work out, but I also "get too tired" during the day a lot. I am trying to get motivated for summertime! Great post!

  11. Sooo I don't work out. If I do it's Pilates. I rather eat healthy then go to the gym. I just hate the gym haha! But of course in college I was always at the gym to see all the cute boys. Haha! Happy Monday love!!

  13. I definitely prefer the mornings. They get the day started off right. However, a 4AM wake-up call STINKS when I have to work. So I'm happy for summer. Not too early of a wake up and still a morning work out!
