It is seriously so easy and so yummy!
Not to mention healthy!
I've tried quite a few of her recipes and all have been delicious!
I'm just gonna use Kelly's Photo since mine didn't turn out quite as good!
Defrost and toss your shrimp with one tablespoon of olive oil, juice of one lemon, garlic, lemon zest, red pepper flakes and one teaspoon of salt in a large bowl. Allow shrimp mixture to marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.

The only thing I did different was make mine in a skillet instead of baking it in the oven! This is my skillet version.
Lemon & Garlic Shrimp with Chickpeas
2 (15 oz) cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 1/2 pounds shrimp, peeled and de-veined
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp lemon juice (1 lemon)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. grated lemon zest
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 lemon, sliced
Defrost and toss your shrimp with one tablespoon of olive oil, juice of one lemon, garlic, lemon zest, red pepper flakes and one teaspoon of salt in a large bowl. Allow shrimp mixture to marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.
Rinse and drain your chickpeas and toss with one tablespoon of olive oil and a 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Cook chickpeas in skillet until golden.
Once your chickpeas have finished cooking, place your shrimp mixture in the skillet. Cook until shrimp is pink in color. Once done cooking, squeeze additional lemon juice over top and garnish with chopped parsley.
This is so yummy y'all!
I hope Kelly doesn't mind i did a little twist on her recipe!
have a great day!
