Good morning everyone!
Make it a habit.
You can do it.
Make the time...you will feel so much better!
It's a conscious effort at first..but eventually it
becomes your lifestyle....
When I say that it becomes your lifestyle...I am totally being serious!! I still have a hrad time getting up in the mornings but I am much better at making healthy eating choices. If I have to eat at a fastfood restaurant (which is rare)...I try a salad or something that seems semi healthy. I cook weeknight meals that are healthy! That way...I know i'm eating a healthy lunch and dinner during the week!
I know we each have our own struggles...
but you can do it!
