Let's start the week off with a little motivation!
The hardest part for me is the weekend! Eating TOO MANY sweets. Sometimes I really should tone it down a bit. That will be my goal for next weekend. Try to only eat one dessert (you can't deprive yourself!). I'm pretty good during the week but go crazy on the weekend!

one dessert the whole week?? I am going to try to not eat sweets today or tomorrow. that alone will be a challenge!
