I've got a tan!
So most of the time I don't get a chance to lay out in the sun. I LOVE the sun and wish I could lay out all the time...just seems like I never have time.
And I don't have a membership to a tanning salon.
So how am I tan?
I have been using SUN for quite a few months now and have loved using it...except for when I don't rub it in well. I wrote about SUN a while back {here}. It gets a little tiring applying this but so worth it.
Well...I recently came across this.
And I apply the L'oreal on top of my SUN.
Seriously the best stuff ever. and it gives me just that little extra shine!
I apply the SUN one to two times a week and apply the L'oreal every other day.
I am constantly being told that I look so tan...and when I tell them its a self tanner...they can't believe it.
One last thing...def don't put on white directly after you apply these. I always take a shower before wearing white. I do notice that it will get on your clothes but nothing you can't wash out.
If you ladies have any questions about these I would be happy to answer them. But overall...I def recommend these two products!
have a great day!
Awesome! I need to try these! Thanks for the tip!
ReplyDeleteI have been looking for a good self tanner. I've been using one on my legs this summer and it gets very splotchy and leaves patches behind that look like dirt. Maybe I'm not exfoliating good enough. How often do you exfoliate?
ReplyDeleteI've ussed Sun for the past 3 or 4 years, it's dark as soon as you put it on so you can tell that you've fully applied it everywhere! No more streaks! Thanks for sharing =]

I love Sun.. I put it on right after I get out of the shower - before I go to bed. That way I don't have to wrry about it getting on my clothes. I just HATE that you have to wash your hands after every swipe!
ReplyDeleteI'm so pale and have been so lazy about going to mystic tan. I need to get this SUN you speak of. I've never heard of it!
ReplyDeleteI'm really glad you wrote this post! I was in Walmart this morning and I kept thinking, hm I should buy self tanner but I'm so intimidated by it. Do either of these smell really awful? Thats the thing I hate the most about self-tanner. I'm definitely going to check both of these out though.

I've never tried a self tanner but since you say that it works well I might just have to try it :)
ReplyDeleteI have tried the Loreal type before and liked it.. lately I am using Jergens natural glow and really love it! Sun looks like a good alternative too! Obviously it works because you definitely look beautifully tan :) You go girl!
ReplyDeleteI've been using St. Tropez mousse and LOOOOOVE it!!
ReplyDeleteI need to start using something like this. I"ve read about tan towels and St. Tropez. What I would really liek to do if I had all the money in the world is get a spray tan every 4 days. I was shocked with how well that turned out.
ReplyDeleteNever heard of SUN! I need to give it a whirl! I am in serious need a of a fake tan.
ReplyDeleteI just bought it! Thank you! I have been looking for a good self tanner because I don't have the time to lay out anymore either!
