Summer is around the corner and most of us are already in those swim suits!
What are you doing to stay fit these days?!
I'm always saying I want a "nice" butt!
and I am seriously noticing some changes with Crosssfit.
Some of the exercises that we do...I can de tell my butt is getting a work out.
One move that we did was the one legged squat.
This was hard but boy did it work my booty!
You can even hold onto a chair if you need to for balance.

Another is the squat jump.
and lunges of course!
What are some moves that you do to get a toned butt?!?!
